THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead a cluster. Own the P&L. Mobilise new buildings. Be mentored by the Operations Director, on a named, tracked path to that seat yourself within 24 months. £70,000 base plus a company bonus of 25–50%.

This is not a maintenance brief. It's a building brief. We're not looking for someone to keep the lights on. We're looking for someone who is ready to step up, and who has been ready for a while.


WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

▸ Skin in the game. £70,000 base plus a company bonus of 25–50%. Commitment, properly rewarded.

▸ The keys to new buildings. Lead new centre mobilisations end-to-end: fit-out, snagging, launch, handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Broad. Commercial. Hands-on.

▸ Run multi-site operations across a cluster of premium centres

▸ Lead, develop and hold to account multiple Business Managers

▸ Full P&L, revenue and budget responsibility across the cluster

▸ Project-manage new centre openings, fit-out to handover

▸ Drive consistency of brand and service across every site

▸ Own escalated and complex client relationships

▸ Negotiate regional supplier, contractor and procurement deals

▸ Conduct cross-site audits: standards, H&S, fire, risk

▸ Manage capex, refurbishment and reconfiguration projects

▸ Roll out new systems and processes across all centres

▸ Drive commercial performance: pricing, yield, upsell

▸ Deputise for the Operations Director when required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

The non-negotiables. Beyond this, we hire on judgement, taste and character.

▸ Degree-educated, or an equivalent demonstrable career track

▸ 5–10 years operational experience, including multi-site management

▸ Proven track record managing teams of 10+

▸ Previous P&L, revenue and budget responsibility

▸ Background welcomed: serviced offices, premium real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, members' clubs

▸ Full right to work in the UK

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Three Board Directors. One standard. The people who built this business, and the people you'll be mentored by.


Indre Vasiliauskaite,

Operations Director (Board Director). Indre owns the operational standard the Group is known for. She runs the portfolio and is the architect of how a One Avenue building should feel from the moment a client walks in. She's the person you'll report to, learn from, and the seat you're being mentored to take.


Richard Matthews,

Commercial Director (Board Director). Richard joined in 2019 as Revenue Manager. Today he sits on the Board as Commercial Director, owning licence agreements, pricing, and our 500-strong broker network. He's living proof that the career path we promise here is the career path we build. Yours could be the next.


Gurmeet Josen,

Financial Controller (Board Director). Gurmeet leads the controllership of a £30m business and the Group's AI integration agenda. You'll work alongside Gurmeet on commercial reviews, capex sign-off and the operational data that informs every decision. Finance here is built to support Operations, not police it.
