Key Responsibilities:
Wellbeing & Support
* Encourage resident participation in enriching activities (e.g., outings, crafts, reading)
* Support wellbeing assessments, monitor concerns, and escalate issues as needed
* Deliver person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect
* Assist with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
* Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate assistance
Customer Service & Community Engagement
* Provide a warm welcome to residents, families, and visitors
* Handle inquiries and support bookings, registrations, and viewings
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents
* Organise and assist with community events and social activities
* Advise on health equipment and telecare options
Housing & Safety
* Report anti-social behaviour and safety concerns
* Conduct health and safety checks in communal areas
* Support tenancy management and maintenance issues
General Duties
* Adhere to CQC regulations, company policies, and safeguarding standards
* Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
* Commit to ongoing training and personal development
