They are now looking for a Senior Reservations Agent who understands that every interaction shapes the entire stay.

You already have a strong foundation within 4 or 5-star hotel reservations and take pride in delivering a polished, professional service.

You create trust, excitement, and confidence from the very first interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing…
6. Handling phone, email and online enquiries simultaneously
7. Managing reservations, amendments, cancellations and confirmations
8. Working with room types, rates and guest profiles (OPERA or similar PMS preferred)
9. Ensuring every guest interaction is accurate, personalised and seamless
You’ll also work closely with internal teams across the business to ensure guest expectations are exceeded before arrival.
