Job Title: Team Performance Lead
Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 + Competitive benefits package
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Reporting to: Assessment Centre (AC) Manager

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Team Performance Lead to join our Operations team. This supervisory role is key to ensuring the productivity, quality, and performance of a team of AC-based employees, including Clinical Performance Leads, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and/or AC Administrators.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day team management, workflow allocation, and performance oversight, helping to ensure our assessment centres run smoothly and meet service delivery targets.


Key Responsibilities

* Supervise a team of HCPs and/or AC Administrators to meet daily output and quality targets
* Drive team performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management
* Monitor and report on productivity and quality metrics to the AC Manager
* Support the delivery of team objectives and service level agreements
* Resolve or escalate operational issues and complaints
* Collaborate with the AC Manager to embed best practices across the team
* Liaise with Clinical Performance Leads to escalate clinical queries and communicate resolutions
* Manage absence proactively to minimise disruption
* Provide support for career development and continuous improvement
* Carry out other ad hoc duties as required

* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to manage team workload and maintain high standards
* A performance-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Professional and adaptable approach to problem-solving and customer service
* Experience in an assessment centre or similar environment is helpful but not essential
