Your Key Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Managers to support EY's successful TD business growth.
Client Responsibilities:
* Managing and delivering transformation projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Working with clients across sectors such as government, health, utilities, transport, and telecom to deliver exceptional service.
* Ensuring project plans, logs, and budgets are effectively managed.
* Leading major project activities including process design, testing, and training.
* Collaborating directly with clients to develop innovative solutions.
* Using data and sector knowledge to inform insights.
* Addressing business and technology issues collaboratively.
* Developing high-quality work products and presentations.
Internal Responsibilities:
* Supporting client account management, including recruitment, financial management, and risk mitigation.
* Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to generate new business.
* Participating in proposals and presentations.
* Communicating effectively with senior management and motivating teams.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
* Contributing to team development, coaching, and performance reviews.
* Supporting recruitment, training, and continuous skill development.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Experience in management consulting or advisory roles in industry or public sector.
* Proven project management experience managing large-scale projects and transformations.
* Experience with waterfall methodologies in client-facing roles.
* Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP are desirable.
* Multidisciplinary experience including process design, testing, and training.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Understanding of project governance and change management principles.
* Strong educational background, with additional certifications as a plus.
