Assistant Building Surveyor (early APC)
Location: Angel, Central / North London
Salary: £28,000 - £37,000 p/a DOE with full benefits & package

The building surveying team delivers a broad range of services including surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters and defect analysis and they are currently looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join, grow and progress through their APC.
Your day-to-day:
* Assist with building condition and defect surveys, schedules of dilapidations and party-wall documentation.
* Prepare survey reports, technical specifications, drawings and tender information.
* Support senior surveyors and directors on site inspections, client meetings and contract administration.
* Log and develop APC evidence, attend CPD and participate in structured training to progress towards chartership.
What should you need to apply?:
* Qualified degree or postgraduate in surveying; entry level / early APC candidates encouraged.
* Good report writing, MS Office and site-inspection skills; willingness to learn on the job and follow a structured APC training plan.
* Strong communication and client-facing aptitude, with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
