Commercial Property Lawyer Salary: £44,290 - £50,246 per annum (Dependent on experience) Location: Hybrid working - offices located across the East of England Permanent | Full-time Overview of the Commercial Property Lawyer role: Sellick Partnership is excited to be partnered with one of our highly regarded public sector clients to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of commercial property and regeneration projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer to take on a varied caseload supporting a number of public sector clients, providing expert advice on a range of property related matters. This is a hybrid working role with office presence required twice a week. Offices are located across the East of England with flexibility as to which office you would be preferred to be based. Main accountabilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role: School sites Industrial leases Easements Wayleaves Landlord and tenant advice Sales and Disposals Development projects Key requirements for the Commercial Property Lawyer role: Applicants are required to be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer in England or Wales OR a member of the BAR, having completed pupillage Applicants will have legal expertise within commercial property law Ability to conduct legal research, interpret legalisation summarise key points of legalisation and case law Develop and maintain good working relationship with client departments Benefits that come with the Commercial Property Lawyer role: £50,790 - £58,168 per annum (Dependent on experience) Local Government Pension Scheme.
