The Opportunity As our Materials Manager, you will: Lead with impact: Manage and develop a talented team of 9, driving engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Own performance: Achieve and sustain world-class On-Time Delivery performance for both customers and suppliers (95%). Be hands-on and strategic: Balance day-to-day operational excellence with input into business-wide decisions. What You’ll Bring 10 years’ experience in purchasing, planning, and logistics in a low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in production planning and purchasing. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and modern manufacturing best practices. Degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
