As the Customer Service & Asset Manager – UK & Ireland, you will lead and coordinate the Customer Service and Asset teams to ensure seamless customer interactions, proactive support, and a superior customer experience. Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and driving service excellence.
Beyond operational execution, you will focus on creating tangible value for our customers by ensuring efficient asset management, data-driven insights, and continuous service improvements. You will proactively identify opportunities to optimize supply chain performance, reduce inefficiencies, and support customers in maximizing the benefits of Tosca’s solutions.
