Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a Child In Care caseload, ensuring statutory duties are met according to legislation and best practices.
2. Travel to visit children locally and out of area, ensuring appropriate care and supervision.
3. Collaborate within the Children In Care Team to provide assessment, support, and intervention.
4. Engage with children, families, and professionals for comprehensive care planning.
5. Participate in duty days at least twice a month to support team and service needs.
