About the role:
As a Care Professional, you'll support older adults to remain independent in their own homes by offering companionship, light household help, and personal care. You’ll visit the same clients regularly, helping to build trust and meaningful relationships.
Typical duties include:
6. Friendly companionship and conversation
7. Supporting with shopping, appointments or outings
8. Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing or medication reminders
9. Light housework or meal preparation
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
10. Kindness, reliability, and a warm personality
11. Some care experience (either paid, voluntary or personal)
12. Availability for part-time work including alternate weekends
13. Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship)
14. Good spoken English
15. Comfortable working with older people, including those living with dementia
You do not need to be a driver for this role – we’re looking for people with easy access by bus or walking to the St John’s Wood, Marylebone, and W10 areas.

Requirements
22. A kind and respectful approach to care
23. Must be local to Westminster or surrounding areas
24. Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
25. Right to work in the UK is essential
26. Fluent in English and confident communicator
27. Comfortable with walking and using public transport to reach clients
