Join to apply for the Pre Contract Commercial Lead role at BGEN Ltd. This role sits within M Group Water, part of a multidisciplinary design and build contractor with a history of delivering infrastructure solutions across water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear, and food and beverage sectors.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead contract reviews and shape cashflow forecasts, build fee models, and craft margin strategies.
* Collaborate with commercial leads and key teams to ensure smooth handovers and robust governance.
* Track bid outcomes, share insights, and present strategies with confidence.
* Primarily focus on bidding, with the potential to support live projects when needed.
* Report to the Commercial Director; drive sustainable success with purpose and precision.
What you’ll bring
* Insight or experience in the nuclear industry is a plus.
* Great communication skills that help build connections at all levels.
* A positive, customer-focused attitude that shines through every interaction.
* Confident IT abilities to support smooth day-to-day working.
* A relevant degree or professional qualification you’re proud of; Chartered status is preferred.
