What you will do to be successful in this role:

2. Act as a trusted advisor — understand each client’s unique needs and tailor Civica’s education solutions to drive better operational and learner outcomes.
3. Deliver expert training and consultancy — empower users with the knowledge and confidence to get the most from our products.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with product, development, and support teams to resolve issues, share insights, and continuously improve delivery.
5. Champion quality and best practice — ensure solutions meet high standards for accuracy, reliability, and usability while maintaining consistent project documentation.
