Job Title: Cladding Supervisor / Manager Location: Brentwood, Essex Salary: £50,000 (DOE) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role We are seeking a skilled Cladding Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of cladding projects across Essex and the South East. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring high-quality installation, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise cladding installation teams on site. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors. Carry out toolbox talks, site inductions, and H&S checks. Report progress and issues to the Contracts Manager. Maintain quality control and adherence to regulations. Support resolution of site-based technical or logistical issues. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager in cladding, façades, or building envelope works. Strong knowledge of cladding systems, building regulations, and fire safety. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read drawings and ensure correct installation.
