is looking to appoint a committed Psychology Teacher to join their successful Social Sciences department. This is a full-time, permanent
role starting in September, teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. The school welcomes both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a passion for inspiring students.
Psychology Teacher – The Role
* Position: Psychology Teacher
* Location: Derby
* Start Date: September
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Teaching: Psychology to KS4 and KS5
* Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 (Dependent on experience)
As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons to GCSE and A-Level students, fostering critical thinking, and supporting academic success. You will also play a key role in curriculum planning and departmental enrichment activities.

What We're Looking For
* A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject
* PGCE and QTS
* Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5
(including placements)
* A passion for Psychology and a dedication to student achievement
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Salary
The salary for this Psychology Teacher role will be paid to scale on a permanent contract (MPS/UPS).
