Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Personal Assistant. This role will provide you with exposure to the most senior leaders of the organisation and insight into how the organisation works at that level. No day will be the same, you will get to think on your feet, use your initiative and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the running of the director’s day.
You will become the ‘go to’ person for questions about your director and directorate and get to work as part of the Executive Hub, a team who work together to achieve goals and solve problems. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in other types of work carried out in the Chief Executive’s Office.

To be successful in this role, you will have effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to react well to changing priorities in a busy environment. You will have a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You will be proactive and a team player, who will support colleagues in the completion of tasks. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Where an individual taking up the responsibility will be based in Swansea Office, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
