We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying business needs, analysing processes, report creation, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. This post is Temporary until 31st March .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
2. Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
3. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
4. Mentor analysts and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
5. Support project delivery through testing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
7. Evaluate business performance and recommend improvements using data-driven approaches.
8. Support change management and benefits realisation activities.
Skills & Experience:
9. Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
10. Strong understanding of business process modelling and improvement techniques.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
12. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Business Objects, Power BI, SQL).
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
14. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
15. Experience in the Social Care sector.
