You will be aware of market trends and be able to adapt to maintain sales targets. Typical duties and responsibilities include: • Lead the Ownership team to achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers. • Ensure all sales processes are followed, presenting products, site fees, and finance options clearly and accurately. • Maintain awareness of market trends and adapt strategies to meet sales objectives. • Attend caravan shows and promotional events to generate new business. • Liaise with Marketing to produce brochures, point-of-sale materials, and develop strategies to drive customer engagement. • Provide line management to the Ownership team, delivering training, guidance, and performance management through regular appraisals. • Keep existing owners informed about park updates, products, and services to maintain long-term relationships. • Ensure a consistent, efficient, and personalised service is delivered to all customers and holiday home owners. • Lead recruitment, induction, and development of team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. • Ensure all sales administration, CRM updates, invoices, and finance proposals are completed in line with company policies.
