Requirements
Must have:
- Clear analytical thinking and precise written communication - Proven track record in a busy environment with competing priorities - Solid understanding of typical business management processes, including order management, stock control, and invoicing - Aptitude and interest to pick up complex business scenarios and work across multiple concurrent projects - Strong inter-personal and communication skills to chair meetings effectively - Excellent written English, with experience in business and technical documents - Practical approach to problem-solving - Resilience and flexibility, with the ability to cope under pressure - Basic understanding of database and/or software design principles (preferred) - Experience working with SMEs (preferred) - Bachelors degree (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, capture, and analyse business requirements from our clients via workshops and Teams calls - Create functional specifications to describe software development projects, following internal documentation standards - Brief managers and our development team on project requirements - Assess impact of change requests and discuss risks and benefits - Support user acceptance testing and go-live with client stakeholders - Develop productive working relationships internally and externally, representing our values of quality, trust, teamwork, and delivery - Ensure we deliver great products and have satisfied clients
