What You'll Be Doing: As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery and ensuring children are safe, happy, and engaged. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily routines, including meals, playtime, toileting, and naps Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 Engaging children in creative, educational, and outdoor activities Helping to maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment Promoting positive behaviour and building strong relationships with children and staff Working closely with nursery staff to ensure each child’s individual needs are met What We’re Looking For: A genuine passion for working with children Some experience in an early years setting (paid or voluntary) is desirable A Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification is a bonus, but not essential – we welcome unqualified candidates with the right attitude and experience Willingness to obtain or already have a DBS on the Update Service A flexible, proactive, and friendly approach Why Join Us?
