Pay: Starting from £90 per day (with potential to increase)
Contract: Full-time | Term-time only

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work across SEN schools in the Grantham area. This role involves supporting children of all ages with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning and thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
* Supporting pupils with additional needs in their day-to-day learning
* Assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational plans
* Working one-to-one or in small groups to provide targeted support
* Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
* Assisting with personal care when required
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential
* You are patient, compassionate, and adaptable
* Comfortable providing personal care when necessary
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Starting pay is £90 per day, with the potential for an increase based on experience and responsibilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
