The Role:
An established, design-led construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team. You will be involved in full end-to-end cost management, working across a diverse and high-quality project portfolio.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties, with limited travel as all sites are London-based.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
* Cost planning, cost reporting, and budget management.
* Preparation and administration of JCT contracts.
* Procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
* Valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Working closely with private clients, architects, and consultants.
* Supporting projects from feasibility through to completion.
Project Exposure:
* High-end residential developments.
* Commercial projects up to £40m.
* Arts and gallery spaces.
* Office fit-outs (£10m - £40m).
About You:
* Intermediate QS experience.
* Consultancy background preferred.
* Strong experience delivering projects end-to-end.
* Solid knowledge of JCT contracts.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with high integrity.
