Overview

Location: Staines-upon-Thames, UK

Salary: £24,500 – £25,000 per annum (pro rata, based on part-time working – 2 days per week)

Position Type: Part-Time (2 days per week)

Office Mandatory Day: Tuesday and as when requested

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel to other property locations (Slough, Staines, Maidenhead, High Wycombe)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily office operations, property-related coordination, and general administrative tasks at our Staines-upon-Thames location.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administrative responsibilities, problem-solving, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations across both office and property environments.

Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and have the right to work in the UK.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.


Key Responsibilities

* Office and Administrative Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.
* Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets.
* Manage scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports.
* Assist with procurement and supplier coordination, including quotes and purchase orders.
* Support office logistics such as equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination.
* Office reception management and ensuring all supplies (including kitchen supplies) are fully stocked.
* Post management.


Property & Facilities Support

* Act as a point of contact for tenant and property-related queries across multiple locations.
* Assist with coordinating maintenance requests, contractor visits, safety checks, and inspections.
* Support documentation and compliance processes, including leases and certification records.
* Assist with rent tracking, invoicing, and monitoring of property-related expenses and budgets.


Skills And Qualifications

* Recent graduate or early-career professional (open to all academic backgrounds).
* Interest or experience in administration, property, operations, or a similar field.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage a variety of tasks independently.
* Full UK driving licence preferred for occasional site visits.
