To j oin a private, family-run yard Nr. Oakham in Leicestershire. This diverse position involves working with Hunters, showjumpers & handling homebred youngstock. This position would suit someone who really enjoys variety in their work because no two days are the same! Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
* All usual daily yard duties, such as feeding, grooming, caring for horses, clipping, plaiting, high standard of turn out.
* Getting 2 horses fit for Team Chasing / Hunting
* Driving for trail hunting
* Grooming at showjumping events
* Show / Hunt preparation
* Strong background in horse care and management
* Ability to work independently and take charge / sole charge when needed
