About the Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our expanding construction fit‑out team.
In this role, you will manage the delivery of medium‑value fit‑out projects, working in close partnership with a portfolio of long‑standing clients across commercial, retail, and public sector environments.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys client-facing delivery, and takes pride in ensuring fit‑out projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Work closely with long-standing clients, acting as a trusted partner and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
* Lead and coordinate project teams, including Site Managers, subcontractors, and internal support functions.
* Produce and manage project programmes, schedules, procurement plans, and risk registers.
* Monitor project financials including budgets, variations, forecasts, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements across all sites.
* Attend client meetings, progress reviews, design coordination sessions, and site inspections.
* Foster collaboration across commercial, design, and operational teams to promote seamless project execution.
* Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
