Responsibilities
* Provide field‑based maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for high‑end AV and networking systems.
* Diagnose and resolve control, network, and distribution issues (audio, video, VLAN, IP, Wi‑Fi, automation platforms).
* Deliver scheduled visits and reactive support, ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the wider project and service teams across residential and commercial environments.
* Maintain detailed documentation and uphold exceptional client service standards.
Qualifications
* Background in AV, Home Automation, Commercial Integration, or Networking / IT Infrastructure.
* Knowledge of networking protocols (VLANs, routers, switches, IP configuration) and familiar with Control4, Lutron, Crestron.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional European projects).
* Proactive approach, strong technical acumen, and professional client communication.
Compensation & Benefits
£35,000 - £45,000 + Paid Travel + Callout Rota + Overtime + Training + Progression + Laptop + Phone + Pension + Benefits | Full‑time, Permanent
