The role entails dealing with enquiries both verbally and in writing, logging customer information, creating and issuing insurance documentation, taking payments, as well as creating relevant membership details.

Work alongside team members on assigned work and projects
Take responsibility for data entry, processing of premiums and collection of funds from clients
Processes data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support and improve high levels of client service/internal process execution and to facilitate informed analysis
Maintains appropriate client files, and oversees the prompt and accurate production of documentation to best meet client, company and regulatory requirements
Adhere to company policies and procedures and obtains all authorisation necessary
Undertake all compulsory regulatory training modules in a timely way
Past experience and Insurance knowledge is not essential and training will be provided. Computer literate with skills in basic software (e.g. Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word etc.)
