PURPOSE
The Enterprise Information Security Office (EISO) is tasked with leading Information Security Management activities across SITA. The Cybersecurity Business Office (CBO) is responsible for the delivery of Program and Project Management activities. This includes SITA Enterprise wide engagement (Customer Service, Reporting and Communications). As a Project Manager you will drive a variety of project initiatives that meets the needs of our customer base. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with colleagues and customers located worldwide. Success in this role means you pay attention to detail be time sensitive possess influencing skills and enjoy working with others of diverse backgrounds.
ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
Reporting to the CBO Director, you will partner with the CISO, EISO managers, program/project managers, and business units within SITA, maintaining strong relationships with digital transformation teams impacted by CBO activities. You will manage delivery of projects under a defined roadmap of project commitments, managing the assigned projects and scheduling tasks, reviewing work packages, and communicating project progress with senior stakeholders.
WHAT YOULL DO
This role is responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity from initiation through closure. You will oversee scope, change, risks, budgets, and delivery in line with defined project charters and agreed project management standards.
You will collaborate with local and remote teams to track progress against schedules, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. Regular, clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and customers is essential to maintain alignment and transparency.
Customer satisfaction is central to the role. You will work proactively with customers and their teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate project documentation, such as project and resource plans, communication plans, status and variance reports, change requests, RAID logs, steering committee updates, and lessons learned. You will monitor overall project health, manage financial budgets and procurement, and provide concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
1. You have a track record of success in in managing multiple projects and programs of varying sizes complexities budgets and deliverables within a commercial environment.
2. Formal project management training and certification.)
3. You have experience speaking in front of executives and senior management.
4. You have the ability to drive project initiatives that meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
5. Success requires attention to detail, time sensitivity, influencing skills, and teamwork.
6. You have a track record of managing multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
7. Successful track record in managing multiple projects/programs within a commercial environment.
NICE-TO-HAVE
8. University degree or equivalent.
9. Cybersecurity certification.
10. Ideally you have experience with delivering Cybersecurity, IT solutions or airline industry solutions provider.
