Overview
The Judicial Foreclosure Legal Assistant is responsible for managing a caseload of end-to-end judicial foreclosure matters, ensuring compliance with foreclosure timelines, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Base pay range
$15.00/hr - $17.00/hr
All new hires in our Nebraska office are eligible for a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus. This bonus is paid on a retention basis: $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year of service.

Responsibilities
* Case Management & Documentation: Draft, file, and serve pleadings; order records; ensure timely and accurate processing of foreclosure matters.
* Organization & Compliance: Manage deadlines, calendars, and internal case systems while adhering to civil court procedures, applicable regulations, investor requirements, and client directives.
* System Accuracy: Maintain accurate case data and foreclosure statuses across internal and client platforms.
* May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
* May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
Experience and Skills
* 1 year Texas or Arkansas civil procedure experience or 1 year of experience with Texas Home Equity Foreclosure, Judicial Foreclosure and/or Arkansas judicial foreclosure processes.
* Preferred: Familiarity with servicer foreclosure processing systems like BKFS, Tempo, or similar intermediary systems.

* Timeline Management: Ability to manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Collaboration: Aptitude for working collaboratively to achieve team goals.
* Adaptability: Skill in rapidly adjusting to new challenges and changes.
Work Schedule
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 5 days per week.
Salary Details
The salary for this position typically ranges from $15-$17 hourly, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Final offers may differ based on candidate qualifications, skills, and internal considerations.
