What youâll actually do...
Youâll work in two powerful ways:
1ď¸âŁ Talent Connect (1â5 hires)
Traditional recruitment⌠but done properly.
We go deep into the business.
We shape the role.
We source, shortlist, interview, advise, and sometimes even sit on the panel.
Itâs recruitment as partnership, not transaction.
2ď¸âŁ Talent Ignite (RPO model)
When a client needs to scale fast (e.g. +10 hires), we plug in as their internal Talent Partner.
You become part of their team.
You influence strategy, process, employer brand, org design and hiring delivery.
Itâs like being Head of Talent for one company - without leaving ours.
(Each Talent Acquisition Specialist owns only one Ignite at a time, to protect quality and impact.)
