The alleged misconduct of an RBI or RBCA will be considered initially by an independently appointed Sanction Officer, who may determine, if misconduct has been proven, that a disciplinary order is appropriate. Where a matter is deemed serious or complex, the matter will be determined by a Disciplinary Panel, who will be appointed from a pool of independent appointed people.
