Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the Operations, Sports, Leisure, Front of House, House Keeping, Facilities Maintenance and groundskeeping teams.
2. Oversee operational standards, ensuring the facilities are clean, safe and professionally presented.
3. Work closely with department heads to ensure customers receive a first-class customer experience.
4. Build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across the business.
5. Working typically Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work for big events.
Person Specification:
6. Ambitious, personable and passionate about delivering exceptional service and standards.
7. Experience of leading multi-departmental teams possibly as a General Manager, Sports Centre Manager, Leisure Cub Manager or very experienced Deputy General Manager/Operations Manager.
8. Experience of working in a similar multifaceted environment such as health and fitness clubs, sports and leisure centres, hotels or resorts.
9. Excellent working knowledge of health and safety.
10. Have your own transport and living within commuting distance of Marlow.
11. Have the flexibility in your life to work the occasional evening or weekend for special events depending on the business needs.
