We're recruiting a Patient Advisor to drive enquiries into confirmed patient journeys, guiding prospective patients from their first contact through consultation and treatment whilst delivering a seamless, supportive experience with integrity and professionalism.
What you'll do
Act as the first point of contact for patient enquiries across phone, video, email and in‑clinic
Build trust quickly, carrying out needs discovery and guiding patients toward the right solution
Convert enquiries into consultations and booked treatments, achieving and exceeding your sales targets
Work closely with clinical teams, coordinators and surgeons to deliver outstanding care and results
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with best practice
Who we're looking for
Proven success in sales, new business development, or patient/customer advising, preferably in cosmetics, aesthetics, healthcare, lifestyle or similar
Confident communicator with excellent listening skills and a customer first mindset
Results driven, resilient, and comfortable working to targets
Experience in a patient‑facing role is a real advantage
Flexible approach, able to work occasional evenings/weekends as required
Based in London or within commuting distance
