We are recruiting for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to take the helm of a 2 AA Rosette restaurant at one of the Isle of Wight's leading boutique Hotels.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take a destination restaurant with a rich history of delivering excellence to the next level and make a name for themselves both now and in the future.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the kitchen for a 2 AA Rosette restaurant within a boutique hotel.
* Drive financial success, deliver exceptional food quality, and maximise the kitchen's potential.
* Provide autonomy for the catering side of the business and develop the brigade, including young Chefs.
* Communicate effectively with management and teams to maintain high standards.
