Warehouse operative

Path2 are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to work as Production Operatives at our clients' design and manufacturing hub based in Darlington.

Production Operative Duties:
* Operate manual and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
* Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, identifying and reporting hazards.
* Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standard work processes.
* Maintain production goals while ensuring high-quality output.
* Work collaboratively with peers and support teams to identify and address equipment issues.
* Engage in continuous learning and participate in HSE and skills development training.
* Keep work areas clean and organized, performing routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
* Support process improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Shifts:
Working 37.5 hours per week,3 shift pattern rotation:
Nights: Sunday to Thursday 10.00pm - 6.00am
Days: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm
Backs: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 10.00pm and Friday 6.00am - 7.10pm
