What will you be doing:
* Managing a team of Technicians, Service Receptionists and Service Advisors
* Ensuring the relationship between Service Reception and Workshop Control is developed and maintained
* Strengthening and developing long term customer relationships
* Develop opportunities to grow the service business
* Coach and develop the Service team
* Ensuring MOT pass rates are in line or exceed benchmarks
