The role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, tendering, and post-contract duties across a diverse portfolio. You will work from the Sandwich office and travel to sites throughout the South East.
Key duties
* Prepare cost estimates and budgets
* Manage tender processes and contracts
* Conduct site visits and valuations
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Ensure projects meet financial targets and deadlines
About you
* Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
* Background in residential, commercial, and educational sectors
* MRICS qualification desirable but not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
