Your Role: Planning Assistant
To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning department to ensure that information is compiled ready for the work to be carried out.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with customer to ensure a positive customer experience
* Manage workload to comply with Clients Service Level Agreements
* Manage NRSWA requirements on individual schemes in order to minimise financial risk and non-compliance
* Coordination with local authorities
* Effective liaison with all stakeholders
* All other duties assigned
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
* NRSWA (Awareness)
* The ability to self-motivate and work within a team
* Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
* Attention to detail
* Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
* The ability to work under pressure to deadlines I.T literate particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* Team player, but also comfortable working alone
* Understands the need for respect, sensitivity and discretion in a public facing role
* Some flexibility of working hours may be required
* Self-Motivated, enthusiastic and calm under pressure
