The Role: Clinical Strategy & Oversight
As a Cluster Psychologist, you will be the psychological lead for the region, responsible for:
* Strategic Leadership: Advising Heads of Healthcare on service objectives and implementing trauma-informed policy changes.
* Specialist Clinical Work: Undertaking complex psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions for patients with severe mental health needs.
* Mentorship & Training: Supervising doctoral-level trainees and providing clinical oversight to multi-disciplinary healthcare and prison staff.
* Service Evaluation: Managing data and performance reporting to ensure the highest standards of clinical governance.
What You’ll Bring
* Qualified & Registered: HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic).
* Therapeutic Expertise: Training in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, CAT, Schema, or Systemic therapy).
* Experience: Proven track record with forensic populations and a deep understanding of clinical governance.
* Collaborative Spirit: A driven professional who can lead teams across multiple sites with integrity and compassion.
