This opportunity has arisen as a result of the company's impressive growth and ambitious future plans. Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong focus on customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processing and handling of sales orders and customer queries. This is a full-time office-based position, working Monday-Friday 8-5. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and sales support. Process sales orders and manage customer queries efficiently. Issue VAT receipts and handle financial transactions, including phone payments and orders. Update customers on order dispatches and coordinate with couriers for collections and delivery updates. Manage returns, refunds, and address complaints or poor reviews to maintain customer satisfaction. Support the sales team by following up on quotations and chasing cash accounts for payments, including taking deposits. Complete supplier forms, import invoices to customer portals, and perform other administrative duties as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in customer service or sales administration. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in handling financial transactions and sales order processing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
