This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday07:45am - 17:00pm
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* To provide a welcoming and friendly front-of-house service to all staff, visitors, and contractors entering and exiting the building, ensuring all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
* To provide a proactive front-of-house service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained. For example, booking taxis, booking meeting rooms or providing additional information.
* Assist visitors, staff, and contractors with queries and offer additional assistance as required.
* Answering calls quickly and efficiently and carry out administrative tasks and duties as required.
* To always remain calm and professional providing clear communication
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
* Experience in administration, reception or customer service functions would be beneficial
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
* Excellent customer service skills
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
