To keep driving momentum, we're looking for a proactive, hands-on Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team.We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the firm. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into action - delivering campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial impact across the different practice areas.You'll work closely with the marketing & digital teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-coordinated, and executed to a high standard. You'll also collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and performance is tracked and optimised.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Planning & Execution
* Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix, including digital, social, email, and offline channels.
* Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and timelines, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
* Create detailed campaign briefs and manage the end-to-end delivery process-from concept to reporting.
* Liase with agencies including media, PR and digital to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.
* Ensure campaigns reflect brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver campaign assets and approvals.
* Partner with external agencies (media, PR, creative) to ensure cohesive execution and maximum ROI.
Performance & Optimisation
* Monitor campaign performance across channels to track engagement, conversion, and ROI.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to the Brand & Campaign Lead and Head of Marketing.
* Apply learnings to inform and deliver future activity.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with and ensure campaign approvals are actioned from relevant stakeholders in line with processes.
* Ensure Heads of Practice and other stakeholders are informed of campaign plans, timelines, and outcomes.
* Support the Brand & Campaign Lead in managing expectations and aligning activity with business priorities.
Proven experience in campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
* Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how different channels contribute to performance.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Confident briefing and managing internal teams and external agencies.
* Comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, social platforms, and CRM systems.
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
