About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support our financial advisory team. The successful candidate will prepare technical reports, assist with client reviews, and ensure all advice documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare suitability reports, annual reviews, and financial planning documentation
2. Assist advisers with research, technical analysis, and client documentation
3. Ensure all advice and reports comply with FCA regulations and firm standards
4. Maintain accurate client records and support administrative processes
5. Support process improvements and workflow efficiency within the team
6. Attend client meetings as required (some client-facing work possible)
Person Specification
7. Level 4 Paraplanner qualification or CertPFS (CII) preferred; Chartered status advantageous
8. Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
9. Proficiency with paraplanning software (e.g., Intelligent Office, xPlan, or Voyant)
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
13. Strong interpersonal skills; team player with a professional client manner
