RS Group is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team. You’ll be the central point of contact for all change activity, driving process compliance and minimising risk to business-critical services.
Own and operate the Change Management process end-to-end.
Review and plan global product changes and system releases, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Conduct and validate impact and risk assessments for proposed changes.
Plan and communicate service outages, maintenance windows, and change-related activities to stakeholders.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with business stakeholders.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
Support Release Management processes and attend Release Board and project release meetings.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within Change Management.
Perform trend analysis to highlight improvement opportunities.
Contribute to Problem Management activities related to major or recurring incidents.
Attend monthly governance meetings with MSPs to review performance trends.
You have a natural ability to balance risk with business agility, ensuring changes are delivered smoothly without compromising service stability. Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks and their practical application.
ITIL Practitioner or ITIL v3 Expert certification.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
