Our thriving client secondary school in Glossop are looking to appoint a number of committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in lessons, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and small group support.
* Assist in the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.
* Provide pastoral support and help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A patient, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
