In this role, you’ll be working in the Executive Support team – a collaborative and engaging team that live the values of Covéa Insurance and supports the Executives to continue to build on the success of our business. This is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds - working from home and spending 3 days a week in our Halifax office. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn - could that be you? Where will I make an impact? Executive Partnership: Provide proactive, high‑level support to Executives, contributing to smooth daily operations and effective leadership across the organisation. Diary & Priority Management: Oversee complex calendars, optimise time, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with stakeholders to align schedules with business priorities. Travel & Logistics: Manage all travel, accommodation, hospitality, and event arrangements with accuracy and clear communication. Planning, Papers & Governance: Maintain annual planners, prepare and submit Board/committee papers, manage meeting agendas and packs, capture minutes, and track actions to ensure accountability. Project & Strategy Support: Coordinate key projects and strategic initiatives, managing timelines, documentation, communication, and progress tracking. Event Coordination: Plan and deliver internal conferences and Executive events, ensuring seamless logistics and on‑site support. Leadership Collaboration: Maintain Teams spaces and action trackers for SLT, ensuring clear communication of priorities, decisions, and progress. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise regularly with Executives and stakeholders, manage shared mailboxes, and maintain organised digital filing and information systems. Administrative & Compliance Tasks: Process expenses, maintain compliance records, and handle ad‑hoc administrative duties as required. What will help you stand out? Experience supporting C-Level executives, ideally within Financial Services Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Experience in digital diary management Good communication skills on both a written verbal basis, with the highest level of customer and client service Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and strong attention to detail Forward-thinking; someone who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) A Business or Business Administration qualification is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat and digital boards Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Not sure if you tick every box?
