Salary: £33,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for a SuccessFactors Functional Lead with extensive experience in SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding implementation, including Reporting, Integrations, and Testing. You should be certified in Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 with hands-on configuration skills. Additionally, we expect you to have been involved in 2-3 full end-to-end SuccessFactors recruitment implementations, specifically with experience working client-side. Strong expertise in collaborating with implementation partners and vendors is essential to ensure that functionality, integrations, and contractual obligations are met while challenging designs that are not fit for purpose.
