What You’ll Do
* Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
* Support property managers with scheduling, documentation, and client communication
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
* Help foster a positive, productive working environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in office management or administration
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* Familiarity with property management (a plus, but not essential)
* Comfortable with digital tools and office software
Hours & Salary
* Part-time: 30 or 35 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
* Salary: Pro rata £30,000 per annum
