FP&A Manager
Morgan McKinley is partnering with a PE backed business based in North Bristol, to recruit an FP&A Manager.
The role
This is a newly created, highly commercial and forward-looking role, which will offer you the opportunity to get involved in various projects to support the growth of the business and help shape financial strategy.

Specific responsibilities will include:
* Supporting on high-impact initiatives such as M&A
* Cash flow planning and management of liquidity and debt raises
* Lead on financial planning and forecasting processes, including annual budgets
* Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisition targets, and build financial models to assess valuation, deal structure and ROI
* Financial support on new product launches
* Prepare and present financial reports and strategic insights to leadership and board
* Deliver insightful analysis on cost drivers, margin performance and KPIs across logistics and warehousing operations
* Business partner with senior internal stakeholders across operations, commercial and supply chain, and external advisors including legal and corporate development teams
* Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools and reporting frameworks
The candidate
To be considered for this position you will need to be a Qualified Accountant with PQE gained in FP&A or Corporate Finance. You must have had experience in M&A transactions (including due diligence and financial modelling) and possess a proven track record of translating data into actionable insights.
This role would suit a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally and influencing strategic decisions.
