Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
* Oversee design development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project briefs
* Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
* Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing
* Take a hands-on approach to technical detailing, coordination, and problem-solving
* Ensure projects align with Building Regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability goals
* Play a key role in business development, helping to secure new projects through bids and presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years UK project experience
* Proven experience in leading and managing medium to large-scale projects
* Proficiency in Revit essential and experience working in a BIM environment
* A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards
* Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, science & research, or leisure is desirable
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients.
